A space for industry and individual Change-Makers, Chance-Takers, Advocates and Allies to lean-in and learn together.

My name is Shannon Pruitt. I am a life-long seeker.
I believe in curiosity, listening, learning and expanding beyond. This space is the intersection of my personal and professional interests, passions, people, perceptions and perspectives.
I don’t have an off button. My work, my life, my family, my interests intersect to fuel my curiosity, exploration and experiences. So I have created this space. A newsletter, a blog and a Podcast called “Diversity & Disruption with Shannon Pruitt.” I am constantly learning and I always have a little extra to share, so I am channeling this into something I love to do write, curate, interview, and create.
This space will be some of my own thinking, some round up articles, and some interviews with thought leaders and practicitioners across industries to discuss how diversity of thinking and experiences persuades and propels disruption in our daily lives, as well as the world around us. The thoughts and opinions are my own, but creativity, writing, learning, contextualizing and growing across this journey of life professionally and personally brings me joy, so here we go. I also welcome thoughts, stories, and sharing of interesting topics from you change makers, chance takers, advocates and allies.
We should always all be a beginner at something, so l am beginning…I hope you will share your thoughts and share in this space with me.
